    We were at Denny's on sat dec 10,2011(3 adults and 1 18 month old child) we had to wait over 1 hour for our food,and not even 1 apology,and all we were told when we asked why its taking so long was "THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN EVERYONE ARRIVES AT THE SAME TIME!". We are penticton residents and after this experience we hesitate to ever go back!!
